Discovery

In the discovery phase Amy explores your needs, tastes, and lifestyle; objectives and budget are identified. Through site visits and communication she captures how you would like your space to feel and function.

Collaboration

During Collaborative sessions, Amy loosely presents options that speak to the project needs while incorporating your distinctive style. Space planning, furniture layouts are developed and color palettes, finishes and fabrics are sourced and options selected. For new construction and renovations its all about the details. We detail out the project scope so the contractor knows exactly what our design intent is and has accurate drawings to bid the job. The resulting design is presented to the client for your review, revisions and final approval.

Implementation

After final approvals purchase orders are issued. Final stage includes “installation day” where Amy is onsite  to ensure items are received and installed correctly. Before we conclude, we do a final walk-through and prepare a list of any remaining small items needing attention. As we wrap up your project, we are content knowing our collaboration has laid the foundation for you to live and work in a personalized space you never want to leave.
